Hi All,

Has anyone implemented a process for deleting documents from (SharePoint
teamsites, Shared drives, Goggle drive, etc) after records have been moved
to the system of record?  Records are manually moved to the system of
record at the end of the project by users.

Would you be willing to share some details about the process?
