Is there any documentation available regarding the retention of Building 
Security Incident Reports or Security Officer Reports?  We have been 
keeping ours for 3 years for ions but I can't find any laws/regs which 
justify that retention.

Consider also statutes of limitations on things that might potentially 
happen in your building: falls/negligence, assault & battery, burglary, 
etc.
