Dear Listserv,

My supervisor and I are trying to write a five year digitization strategy/plan for our institution.  It is fairly easy to find resources for planning a discrete digitization project, but I'm not finding as much out there about best practices for creating an overall digitization strategy.  Has anyone else done this?  Any resources or examples of digitization strategies/plans that the listserv would be willing to share would be much appreciated.  Thanks!
