It is a good thing they digitized those records because the antique vault door on that vault is not one that would be rated for fire.  All of those old vault doors that had the inner closing metal gates had decorative metal doors, which provided a modicum of security, but did not offer any real fire protection.

If they looked for the fire protection label on the door they would discover that fact.  Funny how times change.  Back in the day they were concerned with security of the documents and today we post them on line.
