not really the RM committee is concerned with tactical decisions about records management, the IG committee is more strategic in nature with that in mind my ideal IG committee would consist of the following Legal RM IT Security Privacy Compliance (if such a group exists within the organization) all other groups such as Finance, Tax, Audit, HR, Operational groups would be brought on temporarily when their expertise is needed. If a group is too large it becomes lethargic and not nimble.
