They likely cared in Edinboro, PA., home of Edinboro University Fighting 
Scots and my alma mater. The bagpipe players of the marching band used to 
practice in the evenings in the greenspace next to my dorm and it was like 
having free concerts.

In case anyone cares yesterday was International Bagpipe Day!!!!  So all 
you records managers that have been told you are full of hot air get out 
your bagpipes and play a little tune for your collegues!!!  I could 
probably provide you with a lot more useful, or not, information but I 
would simply be droning on!!!
