Sorry, Larry and Peter,
I have to disagree on this one.  My experiences have been with places that did not have RM programs in place, or the programs had been stagnant for some time.  Most heavily reliant on paper (still).

It may be that some of this is evolving to electronic messes, but they are still messes.  My fear is that the e-messes percentages will be more.

I have had to harvest for a lawsuit and the e-messes I came across during that particular adventure leads me to believe it.
