Hi - I'm Diane and I work in the Records and Information Risk Management 
Department of a large financial asset management company.  We scan or 
import about 20,000 records/month into our ECM SharePoint respository.  

I'm looking for information on how other companies manage the receipt and 
imaging of public Prospectuses.  The Records team receives about 500 
Prospectuses/month in the mail.  They are large documents, sometimes 
2000 pages each.  The Prospectuses, along with the trade confirmations, are 
scanned to an ECM SharePoint respository.  There are many trades on the 
same Prospectus, and we do not scan the duplicates.  I am interested in how 
others receive these (electronically or in the mail) and how you manage the 
volume.
