I have said this before, most of the ARMA program decisions are being made by office staff without input or suggestions from a local arrangement committee and chapter representation.  I am sure the ARMA Board approves agenda and format, but in most cases there need to be serious discussion, debate and clarification from members. 

I see this in other professional associations, so ARMA is not alone.
