LAC Group is seeking a Records Manager to help the Capital Markets Business of a large multinational Investment Bank align records created throughout the trade lifecycle to the corresponding regulatory requirements.  This position will be full time and based in New York.

Requirements

  *   Facilitate the onboarding process by working with individuals within the front, middle, and back offices to identify records that are created as part of their current business process and that align to regulatory requirements;
  *   Work with technology owners to identify the data flow and ensure that specific record types are tagged with the relevant taxonomy and are stored in line with the regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

  *   5-7 years of experience within a global bank;
  *   Big 4 Managerial Consulting and/or technology deployment experience;
  *   Track record of successful project execution and stakeholder management;
  *   Understanding of Banking or Capital Markets Operations and the records that are created as part of the business practice.
  *   Understanding of the record lifecycle and factors impacting record;
  *   Self-starter with excellent communication skills;
  *   Knowledge of data sets, structured and unstructured data storage;
  *   Ability to work with stakeholders.
