Like Barbara I would need more information.  In general, though, if
the boss asks me to do something, even outside of my "assigned duties"
I will do it as long as the responsibility/assignment is not within
the scope of my duties.  I may not necessary agree with the the boss.
But as long as I am not asked to do anything immoral, unethical or
against the law I'll "salute" move forward.

Maybe I have a different philosophy then others - I served in the
military where I followed orders even if I disagreed with them.  Could
also be a generational thing.
