That would be true if personnel devices were allowed. Here they are not. You
must have a Government owned device to access our Government network, period.
The only way around it would be for me to send an e-mail home, then respond
and forward to the intended, or I could create an e-mail from home and send it
out. What I cannot do is use my personnel account from work, using my
Government equipment.
