Although 75% of business leaders think their organization has information
governance under control, a look at global research data by PwC and data
security firm Iron Mountain IRM +0.79% that measures how well businesses
manage their information for competitive advantage found only 4% actually
are set up for success. The report found 75% of organizations surveyed
lacked the necessary skills, technology and corporate culture to exploit
their information into a competitive advantage.
