If this proposed rule goes through, employers in the Federal Contractor
space will likely need to review historic Non-Disclousure Agreements (NDAs)
their existing employees are working under to ensure they are not
prohibited from "... lawfully reporting waste, fraud, or abuse to a federal
government or law enforcement representative." , or at least be aware that
they cannot prohibit this any longer.
(Gee, I hope the unofficial List records police consider this "recordy"
enough)
