This is actually an article that is discussing another article which was
in a RAIN posting on Monday. I posted a comment in the original article.
Here is my comment: "Records managers would love to do this. What needs to
happen is that management and the IT folks need to bring the records
managers in during the sourcing phase of acquiring or developing these
eDiscovery applications." The author did not respond to my comment.
