Hi Shannon,

We're starting to do this work. 

Since we don't a have huge budget, we've looked at TreeSize Professional software (http://www.jam-software.com/treesize/) and also Constellio's Enterprise Search engine, which is mostly Open Source (http://constellio.com/?lang=en).

We'll be upgrading from our Autonomy Records Manager RMA soon, probably to HP Records Manager (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/software-solutions/edrms-electronic-document-records-management-system/), which also has an Enterprise Search engine, so maybe that will be the chosen product.

In the meantime, we're getting the *invaluable experience* of doing it manually.....
