"How do you know if the re-boxing charges are legit?  There is no proof, you have to take their word for it, what do you do? I know switch vendors.  I would at least like to see a picture of the boxes and for all I know it may be the vendors fault for how they are storing them. Any suggestions?"

My current vendor was hitting us with these charges and I discovered them after an invoice review.  I informed them I wanted to see pictures before anything was re-boxed but then changed my mind and said they should not do this anymore as my company won't pay for the expense, as minimal as it might have been.  If we order a box and it is in bad shape when received, then we will re-box it then.
