I've been the records manager here at Lancaster County for 23 years and we operate as a traditional service bureau for city and county government agencies.  We have a records center and offer scanning services.  The State of Nebraska Records Management division is in the same building and we are embarking on a collaborative agreement and the state would like to review its current processes.

I would like to learn from other State Governments that operate on a charge-back system, what rates you charge and how you arrive at the rate.  We are just wanting to get a sense of current rates for comparison purposes.  I would appreciate getting any information that you are willing to share.
