Yes Henry it is inappropriate. For the benefit of all the recmgmt-l is an
open list ie anyone can join, no approval is needed, and we are an
unmoderated list which means no postings are reviewed and approved by the
listadmins before they get posted.

I saw this message early this morning and notified Marc Wolfe the other
admin to see what he could do to block the individual from further
 postings and from being able subscribe again once removed. (I removed the
individual shortly after I saw the message). This same individual recently
spammed the Society of American Archivist's numerous email lists. They had
a very difficult time blocking him it was like a game of whack-a-mole, but
they were able to stop him

as a final reminder if you see something like this don't reply to the list
but rather forward the offending message to [log in to unmask]
this goes only to the admins. and if you do reply remember to delete out
the previous messages. This has been a long standing rule of the list and
is done in part to make the digest more readable.
