You might want to check with your local Record Center to see if they carry record center boxes and what kind of boxes they use. We recently moved from our old School of Medicine and Health Sciences building to our new building. We purchased the Paige Boxes from our storage vendor. They worked great. We were able to schedule the moves so we could re-use the boxes. The boxes are still going strong. They are easy to assemble and are double-walled so they stand up to stacking.

I've always been a fan of Paige boxes. Easy to assemble, generally double-walled, and have deep lids. I still have a couple in my basement that are probably 25 years old and I got them after they had been used for a while.
