Subject: Retention resources outside US/Canada/Europe/Asia

Hi all,

Someone not on the list has asked that I ask for your thoughts/feedback on
this. The person has conducted a significant amount of research and has not
had much success.

So. Does anyone have a best/good/defensible source for retention
citations/guidelines in a) Latin/South America (Spanish-language is fine)
b) the Middle East c) Africa? I, and the requestor, both understand that
there probably isn't a single answer given multiple countries, but
something to serve as a starting point?

The ARMA bookstore has stuff for US, Canada, Europe, and Asia, but
apparently not much for these areas.

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide in any of these areas!
