Andrew,

We dispose of grant record items five years after the closing date.

Subject: [RM] Retention for Grant records for Non-profit Orgs

Hello all,

I am looking for guidance on how long grants (i.e. which the corporation
provides to individuals) should be retained for. I work for a not-for-profit organ
organization and our Foundation is looking to create a retention schedule based
based on these records.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Andrew
