The Association of Canadian Archivists (ACA) Board of Directors is looking
for volunteers for the ACA Finance Committee. The ACA is seeking five (5)
individuals for this team. The appointment is for a term of two years and
renewable for one more term.

 

The Finance Committee will ensure that the ACA operates in a financially
responsible and transparent manner. Specifically, in the short term, the
committee will be focused on: 

 

.               Reviewing memberships fees. 

.               Liaising with other ACA committees, task forces and other
applicable groups to determine financial needs for projects, tasks, etc. 

.               Reviewing the ACA's investment portfolio and reporting on
the current viability and providing recommendations moving forward. 

.               Reviewing ACA's financial policies and updating them where
applicable.

*Applicants must either be ACA Individual Members in good standing or become
Individual Members upon appointment in order to be ACA Committees members.*
