This is Julie Johnson from Capital Metro, public transportation, in Austin, TX.
We are using SharePoint as a document management system and tying to improve upon its records management system. We are pretty much using the Records Center out of the box.
Is anyone else using SharePoint as a Records Management system? If so, would you contact me off-line and tell us how you did it? Are you using a 3rd party tool? Customize your SP Records Center environment?
