Thanks for the PUHCA update!

The rule states PUHCA companies "must transition to the Commission's
record-retention rules by January 1, 2007." 

Does this mean that the schedule in 17 CFR 257 is being (will be)
updated, or are they leaving the schedule the same?

Sorry for my lack of clarity here, but it seems to also be saying that
FCC will trump SEC after 1/1/07. Do I understand this correctly?
