CRM? Masters degree? $32K?? I question whether or not they know what they're 
looking for. It was not too long ago here that a large university was 
looking for a "corporate records manager" to temp at $15 an hour.

I pay temps here more than that. An analyst is a skilled position. That's a 
sad case.
