I'm not sure you would call either hard drive a long term backup. They
must be storing an incremental backup to keep the size manageable, and
even then, how big a system do you have and how often is data updated? Do
they back the data onto tape at some interval?
How long do they propose to store the data, and how much do they propose
to charge you per GB? per TB? per year?
What if you need the data back- how long to get it, and what is the fee?
What about retention- doc/record types, retention periods, etc?
