Published in the Federal Register on Friday, January 27, 2006, page 4541, is a proposed rule from the  Information Security Oversight Office.  The title is National Industrial Security Program Directive No. 1.  The summary to the proposed rule explains that the directive helps to safeguard Federal Government classified information that is released to contractors, licensees, and grantees of the United States Government.
