categorized by the record type of accounts payable.  Yes/No?<<

Yes, an email regarding AP would be categorized by the retention
schedule category for AP records.  Are not all records categorized
according the retention schedule?  If so, and if the specific email is a
record, it is assigned to the retention category, which includes other
emails related to the category.

The way I see it, all categories in the retention schedule may include
email.
