Colleagues:
I am the co-records manager for the New York office of a large law firm
with offices worldwide.  The firm uses LegalKey as its records management
application, but it is not used in all offices.  Our German office wants to
begin to use it but we are finding a challenge dealing with diacritical
marks in the German language.  Has anyone dealt with this issue before, and
