One of the items that I would recommend be covered in any agreement with an
offsite storage facility would be a "Service Level Agreement" response times
for deliveries, for resolving any issues, for completing destruction
requests, etc. Having your expectations well documented can provide you
with a means of measuring the success of your vendor in meeting those
expectations and can provide a means of ensuring that you have some
"enforcement" capability built into your contract.
