*Position Overview*:       The Director of Archival, Records and Client
Services will assist our clients in locating, organizing, scanning, storing,
retrieving, and sharing the important documents in their lives. The position
holds a unique opportunity for the right candidate to get in on the ground
floor with the possibility of transitioning into a Senior Executive role as
the company grows.

*Qualifying Characteristics:*

·         The right candidate will have a blend of characteristics:

o        High comfort level handling documents with legal and financial
significance.

o        Able to act on a professional level and still maintain warm,
personal interaction with individuals of all ages and have the highest
expectations of service.

o        High comfort level with technology

o        Meticulous attention to detail and still maintain warm personal
skills.

o        Creative vision

·         Candidate will also have a commitment to creating *the perfect
customer experience.*



*Experience: *

·         Records Managers or Archivists with records management  (5-10
years, ideally)

·         Lawyers or Paralegals with experience in Paper-based and
electronic records experience

·         Financial Services/Advisors

·         Client Services

·         High level Executive Assistants to top level management (i.e. CEO
and Board Level)

*Requirements: *

·         Bachelor's Degree

·         MSC or BSC in Information Science or Knowledge Management
·         MA in Archives or MLIS

·         MBA or JD a plus
