Mr. Saklad has whined for years about the Boston library; and now he is
doing the same about the Boston City government.  My point is that he
should take his concerns directly to those who can do something about
his issues.  Or, perhaps he should run for City Council; or get on the
Library Board.

Point taken; but I personally found it most interesting that Mr.
Saklad's ostensibly 'overzealous', long-time criticism of Boston City
Council's access to information activities seem to have found
vindication in recent court rulings. 

A bit of eccentricity does not necessarily invalidate one's position
on
an issue.  So why not cut the guy some slack?
