Yes, I agree.  E-mail has become too impersonal, especially within the 
office environment.  I get people from my office spending 30 minutes 
keying in information that could be relayed on that "black box" in a 
matter of a minute or two.  Sure on occasion you need an electronic trail 
of the information shared or you may need to share with a group. Frankly I 
like to take that one step further, get out of my desk, walk down the 
hall, and have a conversation.  Just like the good ol' days.
