There are several that come as a package, but might be more expensive
and complicated than you need.  Short and sweet is to buy a wedge
connected wand ($80.00) and use something like a Seiko Label Printer
($140.00) to print barcode labels.  Download a free TT Code 39 font and
you are off to the races.
