Hi all,

I just posted about Law.com's new E-Discovery Roadmap tool which is
available at http://www.law.com/jsp/legaltechnology/eDiscoveryRoadmap.jsp.
In the process of writing that post, I also noted that the Electronic
Discovery Reference Model project continues at http://edrm.net and is making
use of a wiki to do so. You have to be a member to make edits - which
addresses some of the concerns some of you have expressed here and in person
about wikis. I encourage all of you to take a look at this project on its
merits as well as how it's using wiki technology to manage drafts, etc.

I don't know of George Socha or Tom Gelbmann are on the list, but I'd think
this would be a fascinating presentation at any of several major industry
conferences next year. It's got standards, e-discovery, and wiki technology
- and 3 out of 3 ain't bad.

Regards,

Jesse Wilkins
