I've been asked to post a question to the Listserv by our General Counsel
Division.

Recently Madison Gas & Electric formed a Serious Incident Response Team
(SERT) consisting of operations staff and staff attorneys to examine
incidents that could lead to potential lawsuits. Two recent ones were a
house explosion and a downtown water main break that resulted in utility
damage. The question they would like to ask is: are there any other
companies/organizations that have a similar team, and if you do, how do
you communicate this potential lawsuit concern to your employees - standard
legal hold procedure? other methods?

Thanks in advance for your information.
