Nolene, I came across the following articles via Google searches -- they sound like the examples you mentioned. But their scare value will be limited, as it seems that both convictions were overturned.

1. These links relate to the accounting impropriety:

"Kevin Howard, former Enron Broadband Services chief financial officer, was found guilty on all five counts in the indictment that accused both men of pushing through a bogus transaction in late 2000 strictly to help the division meet earnings goals." http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/special/enron/broadband/3919024.html

"Just days before he was set to be sentenced, a former Enron Corp. executive's fraud and conspiracy convictions related to the company's broadband unit were overturned Wednesday by a federal judge." http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/20070131/add1-enron-broadband.htm

2. These links are about the spoliation issue (which involved Arthur Andersen employees, not ones from Enron):

"Mr. Duncan, who pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice in April, testified as a government witness about his efforts to destroy Enron-related documents last fall as the energy concern was beginning to implode. He had been one of several Andersen figures singled out by prosecutors as culprits whose actions brought criminal liability on the firm as a whole."

"As a result of the faulty instructions, the justices ruled, the firm was convicted without proof that its shredding of documents was deliberately intended to undermine a looming Securities and Exchange Commission inquiry in fall 2001. U.S. District Judge Melinda Harmon should have instructed the jury that the law required the government to prove that Andersen knew it was breaking the law, the court ruled." http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/05/31/AR2005053100491.html

I hope these help, even if only as starting points for future research.

Cheers,
