Records Management Specialist (AMLN-02797)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a BA Degree and a minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a
records or document center, preferably in a regulated environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat required.
Experience using and managing offsite records storage facilities as well
as using an electronic document management system (EDMS) is desirable.
Must be able to work independently and proactively in a team
environment. Excellent customer service standards required. High degree
of accuracy. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication
skills are essential. Ability to lift 30 lb. Boxes.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
*	Assist and support the management of  the day-to-day operations
of the Records Center
*	Manage Records Center customer requests, including records
retrievals, archiving solutions, scanning and imaging requests, etc. 
*	Manage the creation, maintenance, and organization of electronic
and manual files 
*	Manage offsite storage activities 
*	Support regulatory requirements for documentation, training,
change control, and validation of applications and systems where
necessary, as well as regulatory audits 
*	Train support personnel on use of current systems and document
training according to regulatory standards 
*	Assist in the maintenance of the Records Center area within the
company electronic document management system, intranet, and network
file system 
*	Administer electronic and paper documentation management systems
and databases 
*	Responsible for insuring that the equipment and software used in
the Records Center are functioning properly, including liaising with
vendors 
*	Develop, document, and maintain manual and electronic logs and
databases to facilitate ready retrieval of records 
*	Assist with the development and review of Record Center
procedures and forms as they relate to manual and scanning/electronic
records/document management systems 
*	Assist with other projects as needed.
