Yep, it's an outstanding presentation and very thought provoking. Even
my wife enjoyed it...some 20+ years after moving from RIM to work as a
"real attorney". She made for a great, sometimes unpredictable
judge......

If you've never seen one of these mock trials from the esteemed Mr.
Montana I highly recommend that folks attend and that they also bring
along a member of the corporate legal team, as well as IT and anyone
else in the organization that may/will be involved in litigation.
