No Harrisons was just the court-appointed liquidator.  But they would be
responsible for selling off the company's assets at the best price to pay
the company's debts.

so does this mean that CAIRS Ltd went into bankruptcy and the assets taken
over by Harrisons? thats what it looks like to me
