PeterK has supplied a link to the US DoD stuff, but AS 4390 has effectively
been superseded by IS 15489.

Incidentally, both AS 4390 and IS 15489 are best practice standards, there
are no compliance requirements specified and no certifying organisations, so
if any vendor tells you their software complies with IS 15489, they don't
know what they are talking about. If they also say that their software
development team used IS 15489 as system specifications, run for your life!
