The Montague Institute will hold a teleconference roundtable discussion on June 13, 2007 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Eastern time. 
 
The topic of discussion is how to design, conduct, and analyze Web site usabibility tests. For a list of discussion topics, see http://www.montague.com/roundtable35.html. 
 
Ed Dale of Ernst & Young will describe three different usability testing methods in the context of two case studies: a community knowledge repository and a commercial information service. He'll also discuss best practices for usability testing and show how test methods can be grouped into three categories depending on the resources available.
