Hi All, for those who use Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA) with customers, 
vendors, suppliers, etc, what are the basics of the process to track the 
confidential information received or given during an NDA?  We are a 
manufacturing company & are developing a process to track confidential 
information so that at the expiration of the term and post term that 
information can be returned, received back or certified destroyed, 
depending on the terms of the NDA.  I did check the list archives, nothing
