I didn't complete the survey either!  Some of the questions were too
high level for me (I only have about 4 years experience in RM and even
less in electronic records management) or the answers available were not
the answer I wanted to select.  Having the option to choose N/A or
something along that line would have made answering the survey a little
more user friendly...at least for me...
