Steve:

It does, in fact, appear in the CRM Study Guide.

For those interested, or in need, or with nothing better to do, you can find
it at the address below. It appears under "Operating the Records Center."

I had nothing better to do but look it up as I am temporarily working along
the Mississippi Gulf Coast and am looking for better things to do with what
little free time I have.

PS - Tim B. Perhaps after the Memorial Day weekend we can connect and you
can show me the good parts of the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

It may be covered in one of the CRM exams; probably is. Each of the
Part I - Part V CRM exams has 600 or so (perhaps more now) questions for
each of the first 5 exams. An algorithm decides the questions for each
exam/candidate. A candidate may or may not find that question on his or
her exam. Further, a candidate must correctly answer 70% to pass each
individual exam. Therefore, a RIM professional need not know that
old-fashioned, outdated term to become a CRM.

Even beat down, burnt out old Utilities IAC pros might or might not
know or remember that term. Does that description match anybody your
wife knows ... Larry? :>)

Best regards, Steve

BTW....you have to be kidding me that this isn't covered SOMEWHERE In
the
CRM exam... if it isn't, I can't imagine why!
