Hi Suzanne-

Based on where you are so far, why not consider hiring your very own full 
time records manager? I joined my current employer to do exactly what you've 
listed. You have already decided you need to expand your program. And you 
are looking at some long term corporate commitments. I think that you would 
have a more consistent and a valuable direction in this way.

Not that I don't love consultants...just my thoughts on a cloudy Seattle 
Tuesday.
