Oh, that would be too easy!  No, these are non-employee files, for
instance, if someone's child fell out of a shopping cart while the
parent was shopping, or some other incident to a minor (which can happen
all too easily!  My 2 year old can get out of those straps in the seat
pretty quick when he wants to!)

So, even if the age is known (say, the parent said the child was 10
years old, but didn't give the exact date of birth), we can assume that
the child was born after 1/1/ of the year that would make him 10 (so,
1997 for this year), and calculate retention that way...but we can't
tell the computer that.
