This must be the week for admin messages

Pls remember to change the subject line of a message you are replying
if your message is different from the original message

try to use the following method

<new topic> was <old topic>

why? because it puts the new topic first and allows for easier
threading. if you place the new topic at the end of the subject line
it can get lost if the original subject line is too long

an example is the current thread with the digest title as the subject line

reminders -

no attachments are allowed. the listserv automatically strips out
attachments to prevent the spread of computer virii

Out of office messages - remember to set your subscription to nomail
before invoking your out of office message

Replies - pls remember to edit out old messages when replying

you can find other ADMIN messages via the listserv archives

http://lists.ufl.edu/archives/recmgmt-l.html

just search for ADMIN in the subject line
