So what's different now from the time that Cheney thought a Congressional
probe in to the workings of his energy task force "would unconstitutionally
interfere with the functioning of the executive branch" (which the SCOTUS
agreed with). 

Neither fish nor foul...go away National Archives Security inspectors.

Does anyone really get to have it both ways?
